SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a high-quality London-based residential portfolio while also playing a key role in supporting and developing others within the team.
The portfolio is based across key London locations, covering Central and East London as well as North East London, and comprises a total of 963 residential units.
This is more than just portfolio management. You’ll act as a senior point of expertise, balancing operational delivery, client relationships and team leadership. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, drive standards and contribute to the wider success of the business.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring strong leadership, sound judgement and commercial awareness.
You will:
*Take full ownership of your portfolio, ensuring consistently high service delivery
*Lead, support and mentor Property Managers and junior team members
*Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders
*Oversee budgets, forecasts and financial performance with accuracy and control
*Manage major works projects and Section 20 consultations end-to-end
*Ensure full compliance with H&S, legislation and industry best practice
*Proactively identify risks, resolve issues and drive improvements.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
Most weeks, you’ll be:
*Managing and overseeing a residential property portfolio
*Supporting and mentoring Property Managers and team members
*Attending client meetings, AGMs and board presentations
*Reviewing budgets, forecasts and financial performance
*Overseeing major works and contractor performance
*Conducting site visits and ensuring compliance standards are met
*Providing expert advice on leasehold legislation and best practice
You’ll work from home, with site visits as required, trusted to manage your time and priorities effectively.

*Proven experience managing residential portfolios

*Experience with Section 20 consultations and major works
*IRPM / TPI qualification (or working towards)
