Are you an experienced Team PA or Team Assistant from the tech or investment sectors? We’re partnering with a dynamic business at the forefront of technology investment. This role offers the opportunity to support a team of forward-thinking professionals who are shaping the future of innovation.
You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate international travel, and ensure seamless daily operations for a busy investment team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Efficient diary and travel management
*CRM and data management
*Coordination of meetings, events, and communications
Qualifications & Experience:
*Previous experience supporting senior professionals in tech or finance environments
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Interest or knowledge of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
Personal Attributes:
*Proactive and self-motivated
*Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
*Positive and collaborative team spirit
