£45,000+ (dependent on experience)

About the Company:
This is a small, family-originated IFA business with a close-knit office of six employees, including two advisors, two paraplanners, an administrator, and a practice manager. The company values flexibility, hard work, and team collaboration, seeking individuals who can make a meaningful contribution and fit in with the existing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing comprehensive paraplanning support to financial advisers
*Producing suitability reports and technical research (in collaboration with outsourced paraplanning where applicable)
*Preparing financial planning recommendations across pensions, investments, and protection
*Liaising with clients and supporting client meetings
*Attending client meetings where required and assisting with follow-ups
*Taking detailed meeting minutes and tracking action points
*Supporting new business initiatives and case progression
*Conducting technical research and product comparisons
*Working across Intelligent Office (IO) and Voyant platforms
What We’re Looking For:
*Experienced and well-qualified Paraplanner within financial services
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or commitment to achieve this if not yet fully qualified)
*Strong technical knowledge across financial planning areas
*Flexible and adaptable team player
*Local to South East London (SE3) or nearby
*Available for full-time hours (9–5, Monday–Friday), with openness to part-time arrangements
Desirable Skills:
*Strong client liaison and communication skills
*Experience attending and supporting client meetings
*Ability to produce clear, accurate meeting notes and action points
*Proficiency in IO and Voyant platforms
*Previous experience within an IFA environment
