Job Description:
Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious, globally recognised company, renowned for its professionalism and excellence. This is a fantastic 6-month opportunity to make an impact from day one. The main focus of this role is to support customers during periods of financial difficulty, ensuring the best outcome for both them and the business.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
*Support customers who are in financial difficulty with empathy and professionalism
*Manage customer accounts and resolve issues in line with policies and procedures
*Identify solutions to ensure positive outcomes, including repayment plans
*Maintain a high level of customer care, considering customers’ individual circumstances
*Ensure collections processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements, especially for vulnerable customers
*Resolve queries and concerns in a customer-focused manner
To be successful, you will have:
*Previous experience in a customer arrears or similar role
*Confident, professional, and empathetic approach
*Understanding of regulations within a financial environment
*Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems quickly
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent time management and organisational skills
