Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
Location: North Lanarkshire, Glasgow
About the Role
Signature Recruitment is delighted to support our client with the search for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their fast-paced depot team. Reporting into a supportive leader and working as part of both the hire desk and national service hub, this is an exciting chance to join a state-of-the-art site supporting major upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and process customer quotations, hire requests, and sales orders accurately.
• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and online systems.
• Track and progress-chase orders, updating customers on delivery timescales.
• Monitor website activity and support customer account onboarding.
• Coordinate equipment cross-hire and product purchasing.
• Liaise with Finance to set up new accounts and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Organise your workload, maintain system accuracy, and clear outstanding orders.
• Support the wider team where required.
• Maintain records and follow administrative and compliance processes.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in customer order processing or a similar operational role.
• Strong communication, confidence on the phone, and excellent organisation.
• Self-assured with strong time-management skills to plan your own workload.
• General IT skills including Excel; comfortable learning new systems.
• Ability to work independently and get tasks completed efficiently.
• Must be able to drive due to unreliable public transport.

• Full-time hours
