Compliance Officer (Apprenticeships)
£40,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with a strong background in apprenticeships to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who understands the regulatory landscape of apprenticeship programmes and is passionate about maintaining high standards of compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
*Ensure full compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and regulatory requirements
*Monitor and audit learner files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
*Support internal teams with compliance guidance and best practice
*Prepare for and support external audits (e.g. ESFA, Ofsted)
*Identify risks and implement corrective actions where necessary
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funding rules
*Produce compliance reports and provide insights to senior stakeholders
Key Requirements
*Proven experience working in a compliance role within apprenticeships
*Strong knowledge of ESFA funding rules and apprenticeship frameworks/standards
*Experience preparing for audits and inspections
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
