Nursery Practitioner – Ardingly, Sussex, RH17
Salary: £31,096 per year | £14.95 per hour (depending on experience/qualification)
Hours: 40 hours | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery in Ardingly, Sussex, RH17. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team delivering high-quality, play-based learning in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Provide high-quality care and early learning experiences
*Work collaboratively within the nursery team
*Support children’s development and celebrate achievements with families
*Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-based activities
*Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
About You
*Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous nursery or childcare experience
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Good organisational skills
*Passion for outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Eligible to work in the UK
