Role: Parts Advisor

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Hours: Monday–Friday (08:30–17:30) + Saturday rota

Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 + Benefits

What will you do in the parts advisor role?

*Advise customers on parts requirements via phone, email, and at the counter
*Process orders and prepare parts for customers and workshop technicians
*Liaise with suppliers and provide updates on orders
*Support workshop operations with timely parts supply
*Manage stock control and maintain accurate records
*Keep displays updated with latest product ranges


What we’re looking for

*Previous experience in parts, customer service, or sales support
*Strong communication skills and a professional, helpful approach
*Good IT skills and attention to detail
*Ability to multitask in a busy environment
*Full UK driving licence
Desirable (not essential):

*HGV or trailer parts knowledge
*FLT licence
