A growing organisation is seeking a Talent Programme Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract to help design and embed a more effective, user-focused approach to talent.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys building and improving frameworks from the ground up. You will play a key role in shaping how talent initiatives are delivered across the organisation, ensuring they are intuitive, well-coordinated and aligned with wider organisational priorities.
Working within internal teams, you will focus on improving the experience for candidates, employees and managers while introducing practical and scalable ways of managing talent processes.


The Role
You will lead the development and rollout of new talent initiatives, working closely with colleagues across people, digital and operational teams to ensure delivery is well planned and embedded successfully.
A key part of the role involves overseeing the organisation’s talent technology platform, ensuring it supports effective processes and provides a strong user experience. You will also gather feedback and use data to refine approaches and identify opportunities for improvement.


Key Responsibilities
*Lead the planning and delivery of new talent initiatives and improvements
*Design practical frameworks that support hiring, onboarding and employee development
*Oversee the organisation’s talent technology platform and drive effective adoption
*Work cross-functionally to implement new approaches and embed change
*Use feedback and data to continuously improve talent processes and experiences


About You
You are a pragmatic and hands-on professional who enjoys designing better ways of working and delivering change in a collaborative environment.
You bring strong planning skills, a focus on user experience and the ability to translate ideas into practical solutions that can be implemented across an organisation.


Ideal Background
*Experience improving organisational processes, talent frameworks or employee experiences
*Solid understanding of Talent Management processes
*Exposure to HR systems or digital platforms
*Ability to work across teams to deliver change and improvement initiatives
*Experience using data or insight to inform decisions
