The Role – Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage BrokerAs a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker, you will:
*Learn the mortgage market, products, and lender criteria
*Conduct client consultations and fact-finds
*Build strong relationships with clients
*Recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions
*Manage the mortgage application process end-to-end
*Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents
*Work with pre-qualified leads provided
*Work towards monthly targets and maximise earnings
Requirements*CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent) – Essential
*Sales or customer service experience
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Driven, motivated, and career-focused
*Full UK driving licence
*Clean credit history
