A well-established and multi-accredited law firm in East Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to join its Private Client department at its York office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and skill development in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide legal advice on a range of private client matters including Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust Administration and Tax Returns
*Liaise effectively with clients, other professionals and internal colleagues
*Manage an independent caseload efficiently
*Collaborate with a team of experienced and talented lawyers
*Opportunity to further develop skills and knowledge in Wills, Trusts and Probate matters
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)
*Experience in dealing with private client matters such as Wills, Probate and Trusts
*Strong client management and communication skills
*Ability to manage an independent caseload and work collaboratively within a team
