The Role – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker*Manage 8–10 new mortgage appointments per week
*Provide expert mortgage and protection advice
*Deliver whole-of-market solutions
*Work closely with estate agency teams to maximise leads
*Build and maintain a strong client pipeline
*Identify remortgage and protection opportunities
*Consistently work towards high earnings targets
The Opportunity*High-volume branch with 200+ properties sold per month
*Average loan size of £350,000
*Property values up to £1.3m
*Strong, consistent lead flow
*Established client database
Requirements*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*Experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
*Strong sales and communication skills
*Target-driven and motivated by high earnings
*Experience in estate agency environment desirable
Salary & Benefits*£27K–£29K basic
*Uncapped commission (up to 25%)
*£55K–£75K+ OTE
