Job Description:
We’re looking for a Finance Business Partnering Manager to join our evolving finance function and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across our central functions.


This role partners directly with senior leaders across areas such as HR, IT, Sales & Marketing and Commercial. You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and insight for the corporate centre while also owning group-wide indirect cost analysis as part of the FP&A team.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Partner with corporate centre leaders to provide financial insight, challenge, and support across strategic and operational decisions.
*Lead monthly performance reporting, clearly explaining variances and cost drivers.
*Manage forecasting and budgeting cycles for both corporate functions and group-wide indirect costs.
*Provide financial modelling and analytical support for key initiatives and business cases.
*Own indirect cost trend analysis, identifying meaningful movements and providing actionable insight.
*Develop improved reporting and analytical frameworks to enhance transparency and understanding of overheads.
*Line-manage and coach a direct report, supporting their development and growth.
*Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis as required.


About You
You’re a proactive, commercially minded finance professional who is confident influencing senior stakeholders and enjoys driving meaningful insight.
You’ll bring:
Qualified accountant status (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Experience working in a complex organisational or multi-stakeholder environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge constructively
A continuous improvement mindset and passion for enhancing processes
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
A collaborative approach and confidence working cross-functionally
