About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teachers to work on an ad hoc basis across schools in Reading. Key Responsibilities
*Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects
*Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
*Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*Adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs
*Provide feedback to permanent staff on lesson outcomes and student progress
About You
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
*Strong classroom management skills
*Flexible, reliable, and able to work at short notice
*Confident teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
*Passionate about supporting student learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
