*Track dispatched samples and resolve delays or discrepancies.
*Maintain organised records of sample logs, dispatches, and results.
*Support ad hoc sample dispatch requests when required.
*Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
*Communicate effectively with internal teams, laboratories, couriers, and customers.
*Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety.
