Job Description:
Our client is seeking a seasoned residential conveyancer with universal conveyancing experience.
Candidates should have a broad suite of expertise in residential property matters and those with more niche capabilities are preferred.
In the role, candidates will handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post completion, including:
• Residential sales and purchases
• Remortgages and equity release transactions
• Shared ownership leases
• Lease variations
• New build purchases
• Help to Buy transactions
• Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
• Title checks for freehold and leasehold properties
The salary is ranged based on experience of the candidate.
About You
• Qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC
• Ideally 3 +years’ PQE
• Strong experience handling your own residential property caseload
