International Regional Sales Manager
The role is office-based in Ashbourne, 30 mins from Derby with occasional international travel.
£55,000 basic plus OTE, excellent benefits

Our client is seeking an ambitious International Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across global markets. You’ll be responsible for expanding export sales, building long-term customer relationships, and coaching international sales partners to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
*Generate new business and grow a global customer base
*Provide expert guidance, quotations, and solutions to international clients
*Manage and mentor international sales partners to maximise revenue
*Support regional marketing initiatives and raise brand awareness
*Maintain CRM records and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports
What we’re looking for:
*Proven B2B or industrial sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
*Strong business development, partner management, and negotiation skills
*Ability to interpret technical drawings and deliver solution-focused presentations
*IT proficient (MS Office, Teams, PowerPoint, CRM systems)
*Multi-lingual skills and experience in manufacturing/technical industries are advantageous but not essential
*A proven track record in consultative/technical sales
*Experience in a global/export market ideally but will be flexible for the right person
