Nursery Practitioner – Reigate, Surrey, RH2
Salary: £31,000 per year | £14.90 per hour (depending on experience/qualification)
Hours: 40 hours | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly, independent Montessori nursery and Forest School in Reigate (RH2). With over 25 years of experience, this well-established setting provides a nurturing, stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, create and develop through play.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either a newly qualified practitioner or an experienced professional looking for a new challenge within a supportive, community-focused nursery.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Provide high-quality care and early years education
*Support children’s learning and development through play
*Work collaboratively as part of a team

*Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-based activities
About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous Nursery Practitioner or similar experience
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Good organisational skills
*Passion for outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Eligible to work in the UK
