Projects Coordinator - 12-Month Fixed Term - Up to £32,000 + Excellent Benefits

We’re recruiting for a Projects Coordinator to join a busy, collaborative team in Poole on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, supporting multiple teams and helping maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Projects Coordinator, you’ll support the successful delivery of customer and internal projects by:
*Coordinating customer project tasks including logo and product set ups
*Managing kitted codes, PIM amendments and consignment changes
*Supporting onboarding activity and wider project delivery
*Producing commercial invoices accurately and on time
*Assisting with general and ad-hoc order processing when required
*Contributing to internal development projects and system improvements

To succeed as a Projects Coordinator, you’ll ideally have:
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
