Mortgage Services Consultant

The role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through key parts of the homebuying journey and introducing additional services such as conveyancing, surveys and protection.
*Speak with new clients looking to secure a mortgage
*Explain services clearly and professionally
*Book appointments with internal advisers and specialist teams
*Manage diaries and support the wider advisory team
*Deliver a consistently high level of customer experience
What we’re looking for:
*Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role (financial services ideal but not essential)
*Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
*Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
*Ambitious - someone who wants to build a long-term career, not just do a job
*Motivated by progression, development and earning potential
