We’re looking for a polished, proactive and people-focused Front of House professional to join our clients busy Birmingham office. You’ll be the welcoming face and voice of the office, ensuring every colleague, visitor and client receives a seamless, five-star experience from the moment they arrive.

You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by:
Delivering a warm, professional welcome to visitors and colleagues
Supporting the setup and delivery of meetings and client events
Managing meeting rooms, refreshments and workspace presentation
Maintaining tidy, well-stocked kitchen and hub areas
Assisting with office administration and team support
Helping cover a national switchboard, answering and directing calls confidently

This opportunity is ideal if you’ve worked in:

• High-end hospitality (hotels, events, guest services, concierge)
• Premium or luxury retail
• Corporate reception or customer service roles


This is a fully office based, permanent role in Birmingham City Centre, working 9.00-5.30 Monday to Friday.
