Job Description:
A quick snapshot of the role:
Commissioning & Decommissioning
*Install and commission equipment across multiple project locations
*Coordinate with customers to gather audit requirements
Technical Documentation & Troubleshooting
*Ensure all equipment documentation (manuals, BEPQM, tools/consumables references) is accessible and up to date
*Provide troubleshooting notices for recurring issues
Training & Customer Support
*Train operators, setters, QC inspectors, maintenance techs, and supervisors
*Provide training reports and certificates
*Train client teams on sample preparation, splice assembly, and e-ticketing
Level 3 Technical Support
*Respond to e-tickets and provide remote or on-site assistance
*Conduct Level 3 preventive maintenance
*Support equipment standardisation and upgrade deployments
*Produce detailed technical service reports
Operational Efficiency Monitoring
*Review on-site procedures and quality processes
*Assess cutting, forging, threading, and testing operations
*Monitor production output and recommend optimisations
What they’re looking for:
*Degree in Engineering or NVQ Level 3/4 (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, or similar)
*Experience in customer service, QC/inspection, or international project work (beneficial)
*Strong technical skills: Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Hydraulics
*Confident communicator with solid IT skills (Microsoft Office)
*Happy to travel regularly within the region
