About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
· Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task with pre-prepared work.
· Manage classroom behaviour in line with the schools policies.
· Support students learning and engagement in a range of subjects.
· Assist with administrative tasks, duties around the school, and cover for support staff where needed.
· Act as a positive role model, promoting our school values and expectations.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
· Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Can remain calm under pressure and manage a classroom effectively.
· Enjoys working with young people and building positive relationships.
· Is adaptable and able to confidently cover a variety of subjects.
· Has previous school experience (desirable but not essential).
