Job Description:
Senior Behavioural Scientist
London, hybrid 2 days per week in office.
Salary between £80,000 to £95,000 plus bonus and equity.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing health data organisation building cutting-edge behavioural science products at scale. You will work on complex behavioural datasets, shape R&D initiatives, and help define how millions of healthcare decisions are understood through data.

They are a mission-driven health data and analytics organisation combining behavioural science, data science, engineering, and research. They develop data-powered products that reveal the drivers behind human health behaviour. Their work spans behavioural modelling, large-scale health datasets, and the creation of innovative tools that support healthcare organisations in making more informed, personalised decisions.
The Role
*Lead behavioural thinking across a core data product focused on understanding the drivers of healthcare behaviour.
*Design and deliver end-to-end data collection, including surveys and other methodologies.
*Analyse large behavioural datasets to extract insights, develop behavioural profiles, and support model development.
*Identify and assess new data sources to improve behavioural signal coverage.
*Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to shape product direction.
*Contribute to R&D work on large-scale US datasets, developing behavioural frameworks to support product development.
*Support client-facing teams with behavioural insight where required.
Your Skills and Experience
*PhD in a behavioural science-aligned field with strong grounding in human behaviour, behavioural modelling, or behavioural data analysis.
*Strong experience working with behavioural, survey, or digital signal data.
*Comfortable using Python or R for analysis
*Able to translate behavioural theory into applied, scalable data products.
*Creative thinker with a builder mindset; able to take ownership and work in an environment with ambiguity.
*Must have experience with Databricks.
*Experience in healthcare, consumer behaviour, or any domain capturing human decision-making is beneficial.
