Accounts Assistant
£35,000 - £40,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus + Training Opportunities

Are you an Accounts Assistant with experience in practice, looking to join a small, friendly team where you will receive excellent support and training?
On offer is the opportunity to work for a small, well-established Accountancy Practice dedicated to providing high-quality, personal service to their clients. With a strong reputation for accuracy, professionalism, and tailored financial advice, the firm prides itself on building long-term client relationships. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their team and help drive continued growth.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, handling VAT returns, supporting payroll and personal tax returns, and assisting with ad-hoc financial tasks, while working as part of a small, collaborative team.
This role would suit an individual with prior practice experience, who is confident in accounting software.
The role:
*Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
*VAT Returns
*Personal Tax Returns (training provided)
*Payroll (training provided)
The person:
*Proven experience in a practice or similar environment
*Knowledge on QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
*Commutable to Henfield
