Job Description:
Business Support Administrator:
Our world renowned logistics and retail client are looking to recruit a skilled Business SupportAdministrator to join there busy team based in Rugby, CV23.
You will be working closely with the transport adminteam. This position starts as a temporary on going position with the potential to be taken on perm after a successful 12 week period.
Daily Responsibilities:
*Responsible for maintaining and managing transportation related data, including vendor collection and delivery routes, and subcontractor allocation.
*Prepare and maintain various reports including transportation metrics, performance indicators and compliance documentation
*Facilitate communication and coordination between transport planners, subcontractors, transport depots and other relevant stakeholders
*Monitor all loads to ensure smooth operation in regard of collections, transit and delivery.
*Responsible for achieving and maintaining KPI SLA agreements
Shift Details:
*Monday-Friday.
*Rotational shifts (06:00-14:00/08:00-16:00/10:00-18:00)
*37.5hrs (8hrs with 30 mins unpaid lunch)
*£13.46 per hour (£26,265 per annum)
*33 days holiday
*Temp to Perm (for the right candidate)
Requirements:
*Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/outlook).
*Previous experience Customs Compliance Administration desirable.
*Ideally need to have transport background.
*Understanding of import/export is advantageous but not essential,
*German/French/Spanish language skills would also be advantageous.
*Strong Communication Skills.
*Quick Learner.
*Strong Focus on Accuracy.
*Own transport or live locally to Rugby (CV23).
