We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Preston (PR3) area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and foster a love for drama and the performing arts.
The Role:*Deliver engaging and dynamic drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
*Plan, prepare and assess students’ work in line with the curriculum
*Encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression in students
*Support extracurricular activities such as school productions or drama clubs (where possible)
*Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Have experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
*Be passionate about the performing arts and student development
*Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
*Be reliable, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching
