Concrete Pump Driver (HGV Class 2)
Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk
Salary: £39,780 per annum, with an overtime rate of £22.61.
Hours: 45 working hours per week (including paid breaks)
This is an exciting opportunity for a Concrete Pump Driver to join an established and independent concrete supplier in the Eastern Region. As Concrete Pump Driver you’ll be a key part of the delivery team ensuring high-quality concrete reaches our customers safely and on time. You’ll work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for overtime at an hourly rate of £22.61.

Main Responsibilities:
*Evaluate site conditions and work with contractors or supervisors to properly park and set up the truck
*Operate the boom and concrete pump, load and unload pump attachments, ensuring safe usage
*Clean concrete pumps daily to maintain good working conditions and minimise breakdowns
*Ensure all safety precautions are in place before, during and after each project
The successful candidate must have:
*Prior experience operating concrete pumps or similar heavy machinery
*Full HGV Licence with Driver Qualification Card and Driver CPC
*Valid NPORS Card would be an advantage
*A reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
*Strong communication and time management skills
*Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
*A good level of mathematical understanding
*Willingness to learn and support various duties across the business
