On-site role | Up to£17 per hour | Full-time (39 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator, or someone looking to develop hands-on skills in a growing industry? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our workshop team fabricating high-quality aluminium curtain walling, windows, and doors. Enhanced pay rates for candidates with experience and skilled in window and door fabrication.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Fabricating aluminium curtain walling, doors, and windows
*Working with industry systems including Schueco, Reynaers, Aluprof, and Seniors
*Following technical fabrication drawings
*Using hand tools and workshop machinery including CNC if applicable
*Supporting general workshop and production duties
*Operating a forklift (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in aluminium fabrication preferred (but training can be provided)
*Ability to work from technical drawings
*A practical, hands-on approach
*Good attention to quality and detail
*Reliable with a strong work ethic
*Ability to work well within a team environment
