Job Description:
We are currently working with a well-established and growing organisation in Stockton to recruit an experienced Office Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a business that is continuing to scale and invest in its people, systems, and customer experience.
In this role you will take ownership of the Customer Experience and Internal Sales functions, leading a small team and ensuring high standards of service delivery, performance, and operational efficiency.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping team culture, improving processes, and supporting wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, coach, and develop Customer Experience and Internal Sales teams
*Monitor and drive performance through KPIs and continuous improvement
*Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team development
*Support HR processes in collaboration with external partners
*Improve internal processes and overall team efficiency
*Produce reports and provide updates to senior leadership
*Maintain SOPs and ensure consistent ways of working
*Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar leadership role
*Strong people management and team development skills
*Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management ability
*Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
*Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
