Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant (Part-Time, 4 Days per Week, approximately 5 hour per day)
London Victoria (Office-based, Monday–Thursday)
About the Company
A well-established boutique investment office is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
*Complex diary management for the CEO & Leadership team
*Coordinating meetings, including Board and committee scheduling
*Preparing agendas, minutes and supporting documentation
*Organising travel and handling expenses
*Maintaining records
*Assisting with office management, suppliers and facilities
*Liaising with external providers (e.g. IT, building management)
*Supporting finance administration (invoices, reconciliations)
*Coordinating occasional corporate events
About you
You are a proactive and discreet Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, you bring a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and a flexible, can-do approach.
Key Skills & Experience
*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or similar
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*High level of discretion and professionalism
*Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
Working Pattern
4 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility on hours (approximately 20 + hours per week). This role will be hired on an ongoing contractor or permanent basis.
