Job Description:
Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a leading international organisation based in Bradford to recruit a Part-Qualified Financial Accountant. This role offers a superb pathway for someone looking to deepen their technical accounting skills within a complex, global organisation.
With excellent training, a supportive team and structured development, this role provides the perfect foundation to progress into senior financial accounting, reporting or audit-facing roles.
The RoleAs part of a large, well-structured accounting team, you’ll support the delivery of accurate financial information and strong financial controls.
Key responsibilities include:
*Assisting with month-end close processes
*Preparing accruals, prepayments and journals
*Conducting balance sheet reconciliations
*Supporting statutory reporting and audit preparation
*Maintaining internal controls and compliance standards
*Helping implement process improvements
*Working with wider teams to resolve accounting queries
This is a varied and technically rich role that will strengthen your accounting foundations.
About YouYou’ll be a detail-oriented, driven finance professional who enjoys technical accounting and problem-solving.
You will be:
*Part-qualified ACCA / CIMA
*Experienced in financial accounting or assistant accountant duties
*Confident with balance sheet reconciliations
*Strong with Excel and comfortable handling data
*Eager to develop technical knowledge and progress
