Job Description:
Part Time Administrator
£30K pro rata
Hersham - Office Based
My client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team in Hersham. You will be responsible with supporting the wider organisation with a range of administrative support. You will:
*Provide administrative and compliance support to the Contracts Manager and Sales Team
*Prepare, format, and update CVs, including converting documents to PDF and improving layout presentation
*Draft and issue contracts for both candidates and clients following successful placements
*Oversee contract-related communications throughout their lifecycle, including extensions, amendments, and termination notices
*Maintain and regularly update internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
*Coordinate candidate screening processes, including right-to-work checks and vetting through external providers
*Carry out additional administrative tasks to support the Contracts and Sales Teams, as well as the Managing Director when required
The ideal candidate will:
*Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
*Have excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office
*Have strong overall IT skills and confidence using internal systems
*Be able to follow processes accurately and consistently
*Have excellent communication skills with a positive, helpful approach
*Have previous experience of working within an Administration role
Working hours are Monday to Friday 5.5 hours per day. Ideally 9am to 3pm with a 30 minute break. Fully office based. After 6 months 1 day working from home.
