Your role
As Chef De Partie, you’ll be a key part of the kitchen brigade:
*Prepare ingredients and dishes, maintaining quality and consistency
*Manage your section and ensure high standards are met
*Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
*Support stock rotation, labelling, and minimise waste
*Work closely with the team of chefs and Front of House during busy service
*Continue developing your skills in a professional kitchen
What we’re looking for
*Experience in high-quality kitchens
*Passion for fresh food, presentation, and seasonal cooking
*Strong communication and time management skills
*Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
*A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
