Job Description:
The Company
Our client is a market leading FMCG manufacturer. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit an Engineering Manager.
The Role
*You will lead the engineering department to ensure efficiency and reliability of the company’s manufacturing equipment.
*Will lead CI to help minimise downtime and support productions capabilities.
*Develop and manage maintenance team and functions including project work (CAPEX) and PPM’s.
*Will build strong relationship with other business functions.
*You will have health and safety responsibility for your department.
*Ensure departmental KPI’s are met and exceeded.
*You will have budget control for your department.
*Responsible for any contractors.
The Person
*You will be time served.
*Must have basic PLC experience.
*18th edition would be beneficial.
*Previous managerial experience essential.
*Hold a relevant health and safety qualification.
*Previous manufacturing or engineering sector experience is preferred.
*Will be happy to work day shift system.
