A leading Coastal Legal 500 with multiple offices are expanding their Litigation team and are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join them in their busy Eastbourne office.

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will be responsible for a mixed case load including matters such as:

*Business partnership disputes, Director disputes and shareholder disputes
*Company and employee fraud
*Contract disputes
*Debt recovery
*Disputes with customers (including warrantee claims)
*Health and safety prosecutions
*IP litigation
*Landlord and tenant and possession proceedings/Property Disputes
*Professional negligence claims
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will offer the following skill set/background:

*If a qualified Solicitor, be 4-8 years PQE (ideally), or if an Executive, have extensive Commercial Litigation experience
*Demonstrate a good technical knowledge (in line with your experience)
*Ideally have experience in mentoring junior members of the team
*Be a keen team player with a "can do" attitude
*Be commercially aware
*Willing to learn
*Be able to manage your own work (under supervision)
*Be IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience of using CMS
