We are looking for a Loans Documentation Officer to support a range of business areas within the origination, syndication and secondary market trading of performing and non-performing loans.
As part of your role, you will ensure efficient pre-trade due diligence, execution and settlement across both primary and secondary loans.
For this role, you will need experience with ClearPar and Loan Market Association (LMA) or Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA).
*Role: Loans Documentation Specialist
*Day rate: £163 - 250 per day (inside IR35)
*Pay framework: Umbrella Company
*Start date: ASAP
*Contract length: 6 months (with possible extension)
*Location: Central London – onsite full time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:30
Key responsibilities:
*Support the team to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s risk positions and resolve any trade settlement issues
*Monitor trading systems for new trades and confirm trades with external clients
*Draft, review and negotiate transfer documents including trade confirmations and transfer certificates
*Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Credit, Trading Desks, and Agency and Servicing teams to ensure approvals are obtained and pricing/cashflows are agreed, reconciled and settled
Essential skills:
*Essential: You must have experience of Loan Market Association (LMA) and/or Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) standards are an absolute must.
*Essential: You must have experience with ClearPar
*Knowledge and previous experience in Bank Loans Closing, Servicing or Agency activity
*Experience navigating Loan Credit Agreements
