B2B Appointment Maker - Legal Sector
Manchester City Centre Full-Time £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £45k-£60k+ (realistic)
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, confident, and commercially minded B2B Appointment Maker to join our growing Manchester team. You’ll be the first point of contact for law firms and legal-sector decision-makers, generating high-quality appointments for our business development team.
If you’re persuasive, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role gives you the platform to earn uncapped commission while building a professional network across the UK legal industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Using phone outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social selling to engage prospects
- Researching and identifying key contacts within law firms and legal service providers
- Qualifying leads and booking high-quality appointments for senior BDMs
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Building rapport with partners, directors, and senior stakeholders
- Representing the business with professionalism and confidence
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or sales outreach
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable speaking with senior-level contacts in the legal sector (or willing to learn)
- Strong LinkedIn presence and understanding of social selling
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own pipeline
