Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work closely with SEND pupils, using creativity and communication to help them engage, express themselves, and thrive in the classroom.

Key responsibilities:
*Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis

Essential requirements:
*Experience working with children in a professional capacity within the last two years
*This experience must cover a minimum period of two months
*A genuine interest in education and supporting young people with additional needs
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
