About the Role
We are looking for SEN practitioners who can:
*Provide tailored support to pupils with Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs
*Work confidently 1:1, in small groups, or within the classroom
*Use patience, empathy, and consistency to help children thrive
*Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
*Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines
