Senior HR Documentation Consultant - Ringwood/Remote - Temp - Full-or Part-Time - Up to £50k
A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Senior HR Documentation Consultant to review, update, and draft contracts, policies, and handbooks for UK clients.
The role:
*Audit and update HR documentation in line with ERA 2025
*Draft and redraft contracts, policies, and handbooks
*Work independently across multiple client assignments
Requirements:
*Strong HR documentation and policy drafting experience
*Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law, including ERA 2025
*Excellent attention to detail
