About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging, personalised lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, SEMH, MLD/SLD, and communication needs
*Create a nurturing, structured, and stimulating classroom environment
*Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support holistic pupil development
*Use adaptive teaching strategies and specialist approaches to promote communication, independence, and emotional regulation
*Assess and track progress, contributing to EHCP targets and reviews
About You
We are looking for a teacher who:
*Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
*Has experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school-based or specialist provision)
*Is patient, resilient, creative, and passionate about inclusive education
*Has strong behaviour-management, communication, and relationship-building skills
*Is committed to putting pupils’ wellbeing, safety, and progress at the heart of everything they do
