JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
LOCATION: National - Based at home with travel to client sites
SALARY: £50,000 – £60,000 | Car allowance | Commission
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Hybrid | Permanent
THE BUSINESS:
C4S Search are pleased to be working with a market leading manufacturing company within the renewable energy sector.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:
*Drive sustainable sales growth by identifying, developing and nurturing new and existing customer relationships.
*Proactively target strategic accounts to maximise revenue and long-term customer value.
*Conduct onsite surveys, product demonstrations and presentations to communicate the value of innovative renewable solutions.
*Develop and deliver an effective sales plan, including KPI reporting and accurate forecasting to support commercial planning.
*Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and operational teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and seamless project delivery.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
*Proven success in Business Development, Sales or Account Management, ideally within Construction or Plant Hire.
*Strong commercial acumen with experience driving new market growth.
*Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-influencing skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems.
*Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
*Passion for sustainability, renewables and innovative technologies.
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
