Executive Assistant
We’re looking for an super-organised, commercially minded Executive Assistant / Business Manager to partner closely with a Managing Director, keeping projects, priorities, and people moving in the right direction.
In this role, you’ll be the MD’s right hand and Business Manager, including managing their diary, meetings, and communications while helping drive business performance. You’ll track KPIs, follow up on actions, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Whether it’s preparing proposals, coordinating newsletters and supporting marketing, posting company news on LinkedIn, or handling pricing and quotations — you’ll play a central role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll do:
* Provide proactive, high-level admin support across all business areas.
* Keep meetings productive — track actions, follow up, and deliver results.
* Own the MD’s schedule, inbox, and workflow management.
* Support commercial activities — pricing, proposals, and compliance checks.
* Liaise with and support marketing to coordinate updates and LinkedIn posts.
* Occasionally attend events, building rapport with clients and partners.
About you:
* Exceptionally organised and detail-driven.
* Strong communicator — written and verbal.
* Commercially sharp, confident with numbers, quotations, and business priorities.
* Experienced in EA, business admin, or project coordination roles.
* Tech-savvy, with strong Excel and CRM skills.
* Bonus if you’ve got bid writing or audit experience.
