Account Specialist - 25 hour role (5 hours per day) Monday - Friday
Working hours per day are flexible being 8am-1pm or 9am-2pm and the other to cover 12pm-5pm or 1pm-6pm.
Working location: Abbott Maidenhead, occasional travel may be required to Witney, Abingdon or Central London.
This is a site based role!
As our Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:
*Worker engagement activity (up-to 150 temp staff)
*Face to face client service and engagement meetings
*Worker surgeries
*Conducting new starter and regular formal check-ins
*Monitoring email and phone communications and acting accordingly
*Managing ER cases
*VMS and administrative actions including supporting the recruitment function and ongoing live assessment maintenance
