Job Description:
An exciting and unique entertainment company are seeking a Finance Assistant on an initial temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and accounts assistance.
Candidate responsibilities:
*Accounts payable: putting invoices onto the system, reviewing supplier statements, updating cash flow files.
*Monitoring Accounts inbox: responding to emails, escalating, as necessary.
*Updating daily/weekly ticket sales reports and tracking.
*Support Production Accounting Manager on reports and analysis for new shows.
*Reconciliation of company credit cards.
QuickBooks experience is essential!
