The Opportunity
An established organisation is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to support senior leaders and help ensure the smooth running of a busy office environment.
This is a varied and fast-paced role combining executive support, reception duties, and wider office administration. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys supporting teams, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient and welcoming office.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Support*Provide EA support to senior staff, including diary management, meeting coordination, and occasional travel arrangements.
*Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
*Assist with internal and external meeting coordination and office visits.
Correspondence Management*Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence for the organisation.
*Ensure documents are processed, logged, and distributed accurately.
*Maintain organised records and oversee follow-up as needed.
*Coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.
Reception & Front of House*Serve as the first point of contact for visitors.
*Handle incoming calls and general enquiries.
*Manage visitor access and receive deliveries.
Office Administration*Support daily operations of the office, helping maintain an organised and professional environment.
*Order and manage office supplies.
*Ensure communal areas are tidy, stocked, and welcoming.
*Provide general administrative support to teams as required.
About you
Skills & Experience*Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar administrative role.
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
*Confident user of Microsoft Office and general office systems.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
*Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal Attributes*Dependable, organised, and detail-oriented.
*Friendly, approachable, and professional.
*Proactive and willing to support colleagues across the office.
