Job Description:
Our client, a growing business based in Edenbridge, are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their friendly and expanding team.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business, supporting multiple functions and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
*Acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries professionally
*Preparing and issuing customer quotations
*Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
*Managing stock levels and maintaining inventory records
*Ordering materials and products from suppliers
*Raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries
*Liaising with suppliers regarding lead times and availability
*Assisting with basic invoicing and accounts administration
*Providing general administrative support across the business
About You:
*Pervious Experience in an administrative role within a commercial/office environment
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
*Good attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling orders and data
*Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
*Comfortable working in a small team and supporting across different functions
*Competent with Microsoft Office and general systems
The Package:
*Salary of £30,000 DOE
*Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
*Free parking on site
