Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer (Locum)
Remote Working
£60-£70 per hour (DOE)
Full-time, Locum
A local authority in the South West of England is seeking an experienced Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their legal team on a full-time locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely within a supportive and well-established legal service, handling a varied and meaningful caseload.
Duties of the Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer may include, but not limited to:
- Manage a small team
- Manage a caseload of Adult Social Care matters
- Provide legal advice
- Draft legal documents and represent the authority
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant experience
- Strong background in adult social care law, ideally within a local authority setting
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
