SJC Partners are working with a well-established and growing regional law firm that is expanding its Residential Conveyancing team. As part of this growth, they’re looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to support experienced Fee Earners and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client service.

The OpportunityYou’ll support Fee Earners with a busy residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Opening and managing client files
*Preparing legal documents and correspondence
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties
*Handling enquiries and providing updates
*Assisting through to post-completion
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll gain valuable experience across the full transaction lifecycle.
What we’re looking for*Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role (essential)
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Confident using case management systems
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
